IS-NET

For the evaluation of IS-NET, IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite, Application Server and IBM DB2 software have been installed, communication software (using named pipe) has been developed in order to provide the Commerce Suite payment connection to the Is Bank credit cards center.


ILAB HOLDING – TRADEORBIS SYSTEM

Chemistry-Plastic E-MarketPlace system has been designed and developed for TradeOrbis established within the organization of ILAB Holding. Analysis has been performed for ChemOrbis system which is an open bidding site based on B2B e-trade modeling, the data base and application have been designed and programmes are coded and tested. B2B modeling and client specific open bidding modeling which does not exist in the product have been performed in this project where IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite has been used.

For this reason, data base design, development, design and development of Commerce Suite commands in C++, design and development of JSP, servlet, data access bean have been performed. At the same time, installations of Application Server, Commerce Suite, Apache Web Server, DB2 on IBM Netfinity servers and their performance tests have been performed and the software has been configured in order to reach the maximum performance.


BAG-KUR INTERNET HEALTH AUTOMATION SYSTEM – JAVA BASED APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Java based software and system where the pharmacies can enter prescriptions, control their follow-up and control and monitor invoices have been developed for Bag-Kur.

Applet, servlet software that will run over Bag-Kur AIX servers and protocol design and development between the client and the server have been realized.

The pharmacies are able to request online every type of medicine data inquiry (search according to name, barcode and field of use, prospectus and equivalent display), insurance holder data inquiry (search from name and Bag-Kur number), listing of contracted hospitals, prescription registration, correction together with invoicing and payment monitoring operations via Internet. In this way, undue prescription inputs can be identified significantly as well as timely payments can also be made to the pharmacists.

WebSphere Application Server, CICS Transaction Gateway and JavaGateWay have been installed on IBM H80 AIX servers in the project; connection has been established between H80 AIX servers and OS/390 main server with the help of CICS server on OS/390 main server over the gateways established. SSL certificates aimed at system security have been received and they have been presented, code-signing of the programmes that will be loaded to the client has been performed and the realization of their automatic installation and version updates has been provided.


BAĞ-KUR HEALTH AUTOMATION SYSTEM – JAVA BASED PACKAGE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

It has been redesigned as package software for the users who do not have the access to Internet application and Internet connection, the realization of inquires by directly connecting to Bag-Kur over an existing modem have been provided. For this reason, modem receipt programmes at Bag-Kur Information Operation Center have been prepared; modem and serial port libraries have been prepared for Java based clients and have been integrated to the programme. Moreover, client application modem and serial port developed as Java based have been made utilizable. Every type of operation realized with an application running over Internet can be performed over a phone line by searching an access point (a server at a Bag-Kur Provincial, Regional or General Directorate) defined by the user.


BAG-KUR HEALTH AUTOMATION SYSTEM BANK INTEGRATION

The applications that will provide the integration between Health Automation System and the Banks have been designed and coded within the scope of this project.


UNDERSECRETARIAT OF FOREIGN TRADE, GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF IMPORT, UNIONS OF IMPORTERS MEMBERSHIP and DECLARATION ENTRY APPLICATION

With the help of this application, member firms of Unions of Importers and customs consultants can perform their membership operations for the Unions of Importers through Internet, can assign the consultant firms they authorize and can perform the Union of Importers approval operations of the declarations to be made during each importing operation and moreover, can make their all payment operations with their credit cards.

In this project, Oracle Application Server and Oracle Data Base have been used and following tasks developed based on layered J2EE have been performed within the application:

Integration with Vakifbank Credit Card System

Establishment of web services that will be used in the phase of integration of modules in which declarations will be made over the software being used by importer firm and customs consultant firms into the system

Establishment of html pages which will enable users make declaration entries through web media

Realization of Java application that will provide offline declaration entry operation without Internet connection with the help of Swing library and establishment of web services that will meet this software by the server


TURKEY HALK BANK CORP.

Providing planning and consultancy services required for the operating systems that have already been installed and planned to be installed in the bank, ensuring that additional requirements to be brought by the new installation are well understood by the bank staff,

Serving actively in the installation of new operating system and connected new software, main computer systems, giving necessary effort for the realization of installation without any problems in the shortest period of time,

After the installation of existing and new operating system and new software, auditing the system performance, ensuring the maximum efficiency from the system,

Providing practical information on issues such as system installation, system creation, adopting to bank circumstances for the system support group,

Planning the transformation operations where required and initiating the studies,

Ensuring proper running by auditing the circumstances regarding the information communication software required by the Bank's on-line branch automation,

Providing necessary system support for regular working of the communication control units,

Sustaining the preparation of standard reports by inspecting the General System efficiency, obtaining the maximum benefit from new software regarding this issue,

Defining the security standards and implement them by involving the security software that will be installed for the system security,

Providing relevant assistance and consultancy for the system operating group, performing the inspection of backup/restore system,

Providing comments on the hardware and software products that are planned to be purchased in the future and presenting alternatives,

Providing comments and suggestions on the application software/package that are developed at the center and/or that are planned to be purchased from outside,

Providing comments and suggestions in order for system hardware to be used in harmony with the software and by using all opportunities,

Intervening the daily problems that may be faced with in issues of system support and operation and find out solutions

TURKEY HALK BANK CORP. – MAIN COMPUTER RESTRUCTURING PROJECT (1999)

Hardware units and main computer operating support have been performed by IBM whereas transformation software has been developed by ELBA Computer in the Halk Bank main computer system restructuring project realized by KocSistem.

The software transformed include the solution for the year 2000 for the bank together with the data of pay rolls, retirement fund, personnel, permanent equipment and amortization programmes and their transfer into OS/390 and Windows media among existing general directorate applications. Both software have been completed successfully and started to be used by Halk Bank.

TURKEY HALK BANK CORP. FUND and CREDITS (1990)

“Fund and Credits Monitoring” software required by the Directorate of Fund and Credits of the Bank have been developed.

TURKISH PETROLEUM CORP.

Connection of Mainframe required by Turkish Petroleum Corp. to the local network and establishment of software development platform and supply and installation of software required for the integration of data base management system have been performed.

PARK TERMIK

Apart from the hardware and software products provided for Park Termik, ELBA has also provided services such as the activation of this software and hardware, pre-training, maintenance in the place of Park Termik.
