BAG-KUR (1997 - …)

More than 8000 pharmacies in Turkey have logged on to the main system between 1997 and 1999 and their prescription, invoice and similar operations are being realized over dial-up or Internet. This project is being carried out with IBM. In addition to this, Bag-Kur Accounting, Allowance, Health projects in IBM Mainframe media have been completed and made available for use in 80 provinces.


UNDERSECRETARIAT OF FOREIGN TRADE (1997 – 1999)

IBM Mainframe system sale to the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade for the first time in Turkey has been made by ELBA, product installation, transformation and training studies have been performed successfully and delivered within its time frame.

TURKISH GRAIN BOARD

Supply and installation of software required for the connection of Mainframe needed by the General Directorate of Turkish Grain Board to the local network has been performed.
Numerous scanners needed by the General Directorate of Turkish Grain Board have been provided by ELBA Computer.

TURKISH PETROLEUM CORP.

Connection of Mainframe required by Turkish Petroleum Corp. to the local network and establishment of software development platform and supply and installation of software required for the integration of data base management system have been performed.


BAG-KUR INFORMATION OPERATION CENTER HARDWARE and SOFTWARE RESTORATION STUDIES

Following tasks have been performed within the scope of Bag-Kur Information Operation Center Hardware and Software Restoration Studies:

AIX UNIX Operating System installation and configurations,

IBM WebSphere Application Server installation and configurations,

IBM HTTP Server installation and configurations,

CICS Server installation and configurations,

Connection of AIX and OS/390 servers over SNA

DNS and Mail Server installation and configurations,

IBM Edge Server (dispatcher software enabling parallel working of more than one Web and Application Server computers) installation and configurations.


DISBANK CREDIT CARDS APPLICATION AUTOMATION

Disbank Credit Cards Application Automation is a system through which the credit card applications are transferred to computer media and which provides the realization of all processes to be performed until the credit cards are printed in a work flow with a web based application in intranet media. With this system, incoming application forms are scanned by scanners, transferred to the data base with the help of IBM Content Manager Software and a work flow may be initiated over IBM MQWorkflow software. When the users log on to the system over web browser, they can evaluate each application individually; display the accounts, application documents and other information such as credit card loans of the applicants and direct the work flow to the next step from their application lists which they can display in work flow steps with the frame of their own authorization. This application runs over IBM WebSphere Application Server. Following tasks have been performed in this project:

Design and Coding of Web pages (JSPs) and servlets

Integration of IBM MQWorkflow, IBM Content Manager and IBM Enterprise Information Portal software into the application automation system with the help of Java APIs,

Integration of banking data base and credit card printing system into the application automation system,

IBM WebSphere Application Server configuration.
